SBBOPRO Marketplace Refund Policy for Subscriptions
- Non-Refundable Payments: All subscription payments for the SBBOPRO Marketplace – including both the Digital Marketplace and the General Marketplace – are non-refundable.
- Automatic Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
- Cancellation Policy: Merchants can cancel at any time, but their listings will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
- Failure to Renew: If payment is not received for the next cycle, the listing will be removed from the Marketplace. Merchants may re-subscribe at any time; however, past listings are not automatically restored.
- Exceptional Circumstances: Refund requests due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., duplicate charges, billing errors) may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by contacting [email protected].
