Who can register for the SBBOPRO Digital Marketplace?
The Marketplace is open to salon and barber business owners, educators, product vendors, and service providers who want to showcase their offerings to a direct audience of beauty industry professionals.
How do I get started?
Choose Your Plan: Select the Basic, Growth, or Premium Plan based on your business needs.
Submit Your Registration Form: After signing up, you’ll receive a link to provide your business details, product listings, and branding materials.
Go Live: Once approved, your listing will be published, and your business will be visible 24/7 to potential customers.
What information do I need to complete my registration?
All Plans: Business name, contact details, website (if applicable), and Stripe payment confirmation.
Basic & Growth Plans: Product images, descriptions, and Stripe payment links.
Premium Plan: Business logo, storefront image, business description, and a direct link to your website or store.
How long does it take for my listing to go live?
Once your registration form is submitted, our team will review your details within 3 business days. You will receive an email notification once your listing is live.
Can I edit my product listing after it’s published?
Yes! If you need to update your product listings, business information, or branding, simply email [email protected] with your requested changes.
How does payment work?
You control your payments via Stripe, ensuring direct transactions between you and your customers.
SBBOPRO does not handle checkout, refunds, or product deliveries.
What happens if I don’t renew my subscription?
If payment is not received for the next billing cycle, your listing will be removed from the Marketplace. You can resubscribe anytime to reinstate your listing.
Is there a refund policy?
No, all subscriptions are non-refundable. If you choose not to renew, your listing will simply expire at the end of your paid period.
How do I get my free eBook?
As part of our Early Bird Special, all new subscribers will receive "The Digital Marketing Vendor Guidebook" via email after completing their registration.
