SBBOPRO Digital Marketplace – Terms of Service

Welcome to the SBBOPRO Digital Marketplace. By subscribing to our platform, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before completing your subscription.
1. Overview of Services
SBBOPRO Digital Marketplace is a platform that allows vendors to list their products, services, and educational content for salon and barber professionals. As a vendor, you control your transactions fully, with payments processed directly through Stripe.
2. Vendor Responsibilities
By subscribing, vendors agree to:
Provide accurate business information and maintain an active Stripe account for payment processing.
Ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are correct.
Fulfill all orders, services, and customer inquiries independently.
Monitor their subscription and renew payments as required.
Comply with all applicable laws and industry regulations.
SBBOPRO does not handle transactions, product fulfillment, refunds, or customer service for vendor sales.
3. Subscription Plans & Payment Terms
3.1 Plan Options
Vendors may select from the following subscription plans:
Basic Plan – Up to 10 product listings
Growth Plan – 10-25 product listings + additional visibility
Premium Plan – No product listings; storefront image with a direct website link
3.2 Payments & Billing
All payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly, based on the selected plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
4. Refund Policy
All subscription payments for the SBBOPRO Digital Marketplace are non-refundable.
4.1 No Refunds on Subscriptions
Once a payment is processed for a monthly or yearly subscription, it is non-refundable, even if the vendor chooses not to use the services.
4.2 Automatic Billing & Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
4.3 Failure to Renew
If a vendor does not renew their subscription: Their Marketplace listing will be removed at the end of the paid period. The vendor may re-subscribe at any time, but past listings are not automatically restored.
4.4 Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., duplicate charges, billing errors) may be reviewed case-by-case by contacting [email protected].
5. Listing Removal & Policy Violations
SBBOPRO reserves the right to remove listings that:
Contain false or misleading information.
Violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws.
Promote illegal or unethical products/services.
Do not comply with industry health and safety standards.
Vendors who repeatedly violate these policies may have their subscriptions terminated without a refund.
6. Changes to Terms
SBBOPRO reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Vendors will be notified of significant changes affecting their subscriptions.
